These terms govern your use of Tela. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

Tela renders an AI try-on image of you wearing a clothing item you choose. You upload a photo of yourself; you provide a clothing item (URL or screenshot); we generate an image of you wearing it and save it to your in-app gallery.
The rendering uses third-party AI (OpenAI). Quality varies by photo, item, and randomness inherent to AI image generation. We don't guarantee any specific result.
You must be at least 12 years old to use Tela, in line with the App Store's 12+ age rating. If you're under the age of digital consent in your country (typically 13–16 depending on jurisdiction), you confirm you have parent or guardian permission.

Tela is currently free to use. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase in this release. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update these terms and make the pricing clear before you are charged.
The selfie photos and product images you upload remain your property. You retain all rights to them.
By using Tela, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:
We do not have any other rights to your images. We do not use them to train AI models. We do not sublicense them. We do not sell or share them with anyone except the processors named in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if these terms are violated.
Generated images are produced by AI and may not perfectly represent how a real garment would actually look on you. They are for inspiration and entertainment only — they are not a substitute for trying on the actual item before purchase.
We make no warranty about the accuracy, fit, color fidelity, or quality of generated images. Don't rely on them as your sole basis for any purchasing decision.
Tela is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free output.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sebastián Torres Linke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Tela.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law (e.g., gross negligence, intent, or violations of the German Product Liability Act).
You can stop using Tela any time by uninstalling it. You can delete all your data via the in-app "Delete my data" function or by emailing [email protected].
We can terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes between merchants is Berlin, Germany.
For consumer disputes, EU users may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
